1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website and engaging our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Services Description

Piash provides web development, WordPress architecture, consultation, and related digital services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment: The client is granted full ownership of the final website code and design files delivered by Piash.

Pre-existing IP: Piash retains ownership of any pre-existing code, libraries, or tools used in the creation of the website, granting the client a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use such background technology for the operation of their website.

4. Payment Terms

• A deposit (typically 50%) is required to commence work on fixed-price projects.
• Final payment is due upon completion and approval of the project, prior to deployment to the live server.
• Hourly work is billed bi-weekly or monthly as agreed upon in the specific proposal.
• Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per month.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Piash, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
